What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, phone number, email address and anything you write in the notes field. We collect nothing else and we use no tracking cookies.
Why we process it
We use your details only to run the booking: to hold the slot, send the confirmation, and contact you if something changes. The legal basis is performance of a contract.
How long we keep it
Booking records are deleted 12 months after the visit. Cancelled bookings are deleted after 3 months.
Who we share it with
We never sell your details or pass them on for marketing. They are processed on our behalf only by the technical providers for the website and email, whose servers are inside the EU.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, and you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman. Email us and we'll handle it within a month.
